Incorporating digital tools into environmental humanities education may seem to be a daunting task, given the apparent disconnect between digital humanities and traditional teaching methods and approaches. However, a thorough online search revealed that many professors and humanists have succeeded in accomplishing just that. While the degree of integration of digital humanities varies widely, all of the selected “pedagogical adventures” exemplify methods of teaching the Digital Environmental Humanities. Ranging from editing Wikipedia pages to writing DEH essays, we have categorized our findings into three sections: Courses, Articles and Tools. Click on a category to read about the examples we found.
